Mobileye has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with VVDN Technologies to advance the localization and manufacturing readiness of its advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) for Indian automakers. The collaboration aims to accelerate India’s growing role in global automotive technology production and strengthen the nation’s “Made-in-India” and Atmanirbhar Bharat initiatives.

Advancing Local ADAS Manufacturing
Under the MoU, Mobileye will contribute its extensive product and systems expertise, while VVDN will provide localized engineering, validation, and manufacturing capabilities. The companies will jointly focus on systems built on Mobileye’s EyeQ™ family of chips and associated sensors. VVDN will manage local testing and production readiness to meet Indian and international standards.
