Beep Closes Mobileye-Led Series B, Total Raised $130M

Beep closed a Series B round led by Mobileye with existing investors participating, bringing total capital raised to about $130 million to expand its mobility-as-a-service offerings and AutonomOS platform.

Beep, Inc. has closed a Series B funding round that brings its total capital raised to approximately $130 million. The round was led by Mobileye, with participation from Beep’s existing investors, and the Lake Nona, Florida-based autonomous mobility operator says the capital will fund expansion of its mobility-as-a-service offerings and continued deployment of its AutonomOS platform. Beep did not disclose the size of the Series B itself.

Highlights

  • Total capital raised: approximately $130 million following the Series B close
  • Lead investor: Mobileye, with existing investors also participating
  • Use of proceeds: scaling mobility-as-a-service offerings, deepening technology and public-sector partnerships, and continued deployment of the AutonomOS platform
  • Service models targeted: fixed-route services through on-demand microtransit, at commercial scale in the United States

What the Series B Funds

According to Beep, the new capital will help the company scale and expand its mobility-as-a-service offerings and deepen its work with technology and public-sector partners. The third stated priority is continued deployment of AutonomOS, the company’s AI-driven platform for managing and orchestrating what Beep calls Physical AI networks in transportation.

Beep says AutonomOS builds on its years of experience as an AV operator, with the goal of reducing the complexity involved in running autonomous mobility networks. The company describes the platform as U.S.-domiciled and human-in-the-loop, designed for deployments across public and private communities.

Why Mobileye Is Leading the Round

Mobileye and Beep have been working together on AV deployment projects, and the two companies have a partnership through MOIA America that pairs Mobileye’s self-driving system with Beep’s deployment operations. Beep says the investment reflects a shared strategic vision for bringing a range of autonomous mobility models, from fixed-route services to on-demand microtransit, to commercial scale in the United States in response to customer demand.

“Mobileye and Beep have been working closely on AV deployment projects, and our excitement for the future of improving transportation through applied physical AI on the road has never been greater,” said Kobi Ohayon, Chief Operations Officer at Mobileye. “Beep plays an essential role in the emerging AV ecosystem across the United States, and its deployment platform will become increasingly important as more AV services come to market across vehicle types and business models.”

The Series B follows Beep’s earlier venture rounds, including a $25 million Series A-1 led by ABS Capital with participation from Intel Capital and Blue Lagoon Capital.

Beep’s View of the Round

Kevin Reid, CEO and Chairman of Beep, framed the round as a strategic investment rather than a purely financial one.

“This strategic investment round, led by Mobileye and supported by our longstanding investor partners, positions Beep to deliver fully on its vision,” Reid said. “The investment enables us to strengthen and expand our shared autonomous mobility solutions, helping communities move people in ways that are safer, smarter, and more connected.”

Beep characterizes the round as both a financial milestone and a validation of its position as a transit partner delivering real-world autonomous service operations.
