Project 3 Mobility, a pioneer in urban autonomous mobility from Croatia, has successfully concluded its Series A funding, aggregating the investment to approximately €100 million. This infusion of capital underscores the market’s confidence in Project 3 Mobility’s innovative approach towards redefining city transportation.

At the heart of this significant funding round, Project 3 Mobility, also known as P3, is advancing its mission with the development of an autonomous electric vehicle, bespoke infrastructure, and an integrated mobility service. This initiative has attracted considerable attention and backing from prominent global corporations and investment circles, thereby setting a robust groundwork for the entity’s prospective expansions.

TASARU Mobility Investments (TASARU), a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF)—among the globe’s foremost sovereign wealth funds—has marked its entry into next-gen technology investments through its commitment to Project 3 Mobility. Notably, this signifies TASARU’s inaugural venture beyond the borders of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Historically, Project 3 Mobility has garnered support from influential players such as Kia, a leading name in the South Korean automotive industry. The investment portfolio further includes strategic partnerships with SiteGround, a top Bulgarian software firm, Infinum, a distinguished Croatian IT enterprise, and Rimac Group, renowned for its luxury tech solutions in mobility and energy sectors. Other key investors include Neurone, focusing on cutting-edge technologies, and Elaf Auto, based in Qatar.

Marko Pejković, CEO of Project 3 Mobility, expressed enthusiasm: “We are very happy with the closing of this investment round and bringing on board such strong investors to support us in achieving our bold vision.” He highlighted the firm’s capability to attract top-tier strategic and financial backers amidst challenging times for startups, reflecting confidence in the company’s vision and team. Over the past year, Project 3 Mobility has adeptly navigated complex EU grant approval processes and private funding pursuits, reinforcing its value proposition to revolutionize urban mobility and improve life quality.

Pejković remains optimistic about the future, aiming to continue attracting private investments to support the project’s implementation phase. The company is poised for positive community impacts through its services, planned for Zagreb, Croatia, and other cities globally.

The allocated funds are earmarked for the comprehensive development of the Project 3 Mobility ecosystem and team expansion, promising a transformative impact on urban mobility landscapes.
