Toyota, which has been the top-selling automaker for three consecutive years, selling 10.5 million vehicles in 2022, will collaborate with RoboSense on a number of its top-selling models.
The partnership will involve the integration of RoboSense’s RS-LiDAR-M series LiDAR into Toyota vehicles, providing them with advanced perception capabilities and increasing the safety of their intelligent models. The M-series LiDAR is the only second-generation smart solid-state LiDAR in the world designed for automotive series production, and has already received orders for more than 50 models from 20 different car companies.
RoboSense has a professional CNAS accredited lab and the largest production and intelligent manufacturing system in the industry, which will allow it to meet Toyota’s high-quality production requirements. This partnership makes RoboSense a part of the supply chain for both the top-selling car brands worldwide, solidifying its position as a leader in the global LiDAR market.
