Rheinmetall, a global defense contractor, is set to enhance Japan’s military capabilities by supplying the nation’s first fleet of autonomous vehicles, the Mission Master SP. Scheduled for delivery in January 2025, these state-of-the-art Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGVs) mark a significant step towards modernizing Japan’s defense resources.
