Neolix Debuts RoboVan Fleet at CES 2026

Neolix debuted its comprehensive RoboVan portfolio at CES 2026, introducing the X1 final-feet courier alongside AI-powered fleet management and mapless L4 autonomy supporting over 16,000 deployed vehicles globally.

Neolix unveiled its next-generation AI-powered autonomous logistics solution at CES 2026 in Las Vegas, presenting what the company describes as a comprehensive RoboVan portfolio spanning final-feet delivery to intra-city distribution. The Chinese autonomous logistics provider introduced its new X1 prototype alongside its existing fleet at the technology showcase.

Highlights

  • Neolix introduced the X1, a specialized autonomous courier designed for indoor/outdoor navigation and elevator delivery in the “final 100 meters” of logistics operations.
  • The company’s dual-engine architecture integrates AI-powered fleet management capable of supporting over 100,000 L4 autonomous vehicles with mapless L4 autonomy technology.
  • Global deployments have reached 16,000 L4 autonomous vehicles, with the company claiming industry-leading positions in deployment scale and operational mileage.
  • International expansion includes approvals for fully unmanned public road operations in the UAE, along with partnerships in Japan, South Korea, Portugal, and Europe.

Next-Generation Autonomous Logistics Architecture

The system presented at CES 2026 features two core technological components. The AI-powered fleet management layer automates logistics operations from order processing through dynamic routing and real-time dispatching.

Neolix reports the system’s dynamic resource allocation algorithms can boost fleet efficiency by 30 percent. The platform is designed to adapt to high-frequency urban demand fluctuations.

The second component involves mapless L4 autonomy. In 2025, Neolix brought L4 mapless autonomous driving into commercial application, according to the company. The technology achieves centimeter-level positioning without relying on high-definition maps.

“Autonomous logistics has reached a critical tipping point, transitioning from experimental pilots to true commercial scale,” said Yu Enyuan, Founder and CEO of Neolix.

Complete RoboVan Product Portfolio

The company now offers four vehicle categories spanning different logistics segments:

  • X1: Final-feet courier engineered for indoor/outdoor navigation and elevator delivery with cargo capacity under 1 cubic meter
  • X3: Last-mile delivery vehicle designed for high-density urban logistics applications
  • X6: Middle-mile solution optimized for payload capacity and multi-stop delivery routes
  • H12: Intra-city flagship with up to 12 cubic meters capacity for suburban shipment and regional distribution

All vehicles operate at L4 autonomous driving capability with 24/7 operational readiness across diverse weather and traffic conditions.

Deployment Scale and Business Model Evolution

Neolix has deployed over 16,000 L4 autonomous vehicles globally. The company reports non-express delivery use cases now represent more than 50 percent of total sales, including fresh food, groceries, pharmacies, and B2B on-demand services.

In Qingdao, China, Neolix operates what it describes as the world’s largest and densest autonomous fleet deployment with over 1,200 vehicles.

The company introduced a RoboVan-as-a-Service (RaaS) model in 2025. This approach shifts autonomous fleet access from ownership-based to service-based, reducing upfront capital requirements for logistics operators.

International Expansion Timeline

Neolix received public road operation approvals for fully unmanned vehicles in the UAE in October 2025. The company has also established partnerships with Incheon City Government in South Korea, Luxmea in Europe, and Salvador Caetano Auto in Portugal.

For 2026, the company plans to accelerate global expansion starting in the Middle East and establishing offices across Europe, the Americas, Australia, and Southeast Asia. Neolix is targeting more than 50,000 overseas deliveries in 2027.

The company has filed over 1,500 patents and maintains in-house development capabilities spanning software, hardware, vehicle manufacturing, and fleet dispatching systems.
