Lemonade has made its Autonomous Car insurance available to Tesla drivers in Indiana, cutting per-mile rates by 50% for distance covered with Full Self-Driving (Supervised) engaged. The company’s Autonomous Car insurance gives Tesla owners half off every mile driven using FSD (Supervised) technology. Lemonade frames the product as a way to lower the cost of Tesla ownership, citing data it says shows FSD (Supervised) miles carry a lower chance of an accident.

How the Tesla FSD Discount Works
The product ties the discount directly to miles driven under FSD (Supervised), Tesla’s driver-assistance system that requires the driver to remain attentive and ready to take over.

Indiana Tesla drivers can request a quote in seconds through the Lemonade app or at the company’s dedicated FSD quote page. Bundling the policy with Lemonade Renters, Pet, or Home insurance unlocks further savings.

Alongside the Autonomous Car product, Lemonade continues to offer its standard Car insurance, which covers most popular vehicles as well as Teslas. That coverage is available across ten states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington.
