Mobileye has entered into an agreement to integrate Innoviz’s high-performance LiDAR sensors into the Mobileye Drive™ platform. This collaboration is set to enhance autonomous driving capabilities by leveraging Innoviz’s advanced LiDAR solutions alongside Mobileye’s existing array of imaging radars and cameras.

By working together, Mobileye and Innoviz are jointly advancing automotive-grade LiDAR integration, ensuring the Mobileye Drive™ platform supports a broad range of mobility solutions, including robotaxis, ride-pooling, public transport, and goods delivery. The agreement reflects months of mutual collaboration, aiming to produce a more scalable and flexible ecosystem that can serve a variety of vehicle platforms across global markets.
As part of the ongoing effort, both companies are optimizing their systems to handle complex urban environments, increasing reliability and safety standards. Mobileye Drive™ has already been embraced by major vehicle producers worldwide, including VW Commercial Vehicles, Schaeffler / VDL, Holon, and Verne, reinforcing the broad appeal and adaptability of the platform. The introduction of Innoviz LiDAR technology aims to further streamline the integration process, reducing complexity and enhancing autonomy across multiple use cases.
The endorsement by Mobileye of Innoviz’s technology represents a significant milestone for both firms. According to Prof. Amnon Shashua, President and CEO of Mobileye:

The InnovizTwo product platform, specifically tailored for automotive OEMs, will be customized to meet the Mobileye Drive™ system’s requirements. The integration of Innoviz LiDARs, coupled with Mobileye’s imaging radars and high-resolution cameras, is critical to providing a comprehensive sensing suite for L4 autonomy. This synergy aims to improve navigation capabilities in dynamic urban spaces, ultimately increasing confidence in autonomous systems among stakeholders and consumers alike.
