LeddarTech® Holdings Inc., a leader in AI-based sensor fusion and perception software, announced a strategic collaboration and licensing agreement with Texas Instruments (TI). This partnership aims to deliver an integrated platform solution for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving (AD) markets. As part of the agreement, TI will make advanced royalty payments to license LeddarTech’s LeddarVision™ software, expediting joint commercialization.

The collaboration marks nearly two years of joint development between LeddarTech and TI. Their integrated roadmap leverages LeddarVision’s proven capabilities on TI’s TDA4 processor family, with plans to introduce new ADAS features in the coming months. This solution aims to serve the entire automotive landscape, providing cost-effective and high-performance options to manufacturers.
