Cadillac has revealed its Opulent Velocity concept, showcasing the future of all-electric luxury performance. This innovative design combines advanced technology with bespoke luxury, highlighting Cadillac’s leadership in both electrification and autonomous driving. The Opulent Velocity concept offers two distinct experiences—Opulent and Velocity—each providing a unique blend of comfort and performance.

The Opulent experience focuses on personal freedom through Level 4 autonomous capability, creating an immersive, hands-free environment. Cadillac’s research into sound and light waves enhances this experience with curated art, entertainment, and ambient light, all controlled through a widescreen display and AR HUD.
Velocity Experience: Art of Exhilarating Performance
For those seeking a thrilling drive, the Velocity experience offers hypercar-level performance. Activated by a multifunctional controller, this mode transitions the vehicle from autonomous to driver-controlled, inspired by Cadillac’s track-proven Blackwing engineering. The Velocity mode includes a “Ghost Car” function on the HUD, allowing drivers to improve lap times or compete with peers.
Iconic Design and Advanced Features
Drawing inspiration from Cadillac’s V-Series.R hybrid racecars, the Opulent Velocity features a sleek, low-profile design with butterfly doors. The exterior showcases Cadillac’s signature vertical lighting, 3D illuminated grille, and a light Gilded Pearl paint that exudes elegance.
