Aurora Partner Summit
At the Partner Summit, over 20 carriers, safety experts, and government officials participated in discussions about Aurora’s safety case and readiness for driverless operations. Nat Beuse, Chief Safety Officer at Aurora, highlighted the importance of evaluating the Aurora Driver’s preparedness for the route between Dallas and Houston. Law enforcement also shared their insights on working with Aurora as autonomous technology advances.
Partner Success Program
Aurora launched the Partner Success Program, which offers hands-on experience with Aurora-powered trucks. This program lets customers evaluate autonomy performance prior to the full deployment of driverless operations. Aurora collaborated with J.J. Keller to assess and validate the program, which will begin in Q4 2024.
Phoenix Route Expansion
In 2025, Aurora plans to expand its Fort Worth to Phoenix route, adding value for carriers through a 1,000-mile passage designed for driverless operations. Commercial pilots will commence in the first half of 2025, with the aim to go fully driverless later in the year.
Aurora has completed over 7,000 loads and driven nearly two million commercial miles to date. For more information, visit aurora.tech.
